Job summary

Stripe seeks an experienced Privacy Operations leader to own and scale privacy programs across DSRs, PIAs/DPIAs, ROPA, TIAs, and cookie compliance. You will partner with Privacy Legal and Privacy Engineering to translate global privacy requirements into practical operations and auditable records.

You’ll drive process improvements and build scalable documentation, playbooks, and response libraries. You will act as the primary point of contact for incoming privacy requests, ensuring timely triage,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of privacy program management experience.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, and PIPEDA.
• Hands-on PIAs/DPIAs, ROPA, TIAs, or related operations.
• Ability to document complex narratives clearly for broad audiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end privacy programs: DSRs, PIAs/DPIAs, ROPA, TIAs and cookie compliance.
• Identify process improvements and explore AI tooling to automate tasks.
• Create and maintain auditable privacy documentation, playbooks, and libraries.
• Collaborate with Privacy Legal and Privacy Engineering to meet global requirements.
• Serve as the primary contact for incoming privacy requests and triage via intake channels.
