Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Privacy Program Manager to own end-to-end privacy programs at scale. You will drive data subject requests, PIAs/DPIAs, records of processing activities, transfer impact assessments, and cookie compliance, ensuring regulatory readiness and auditable operations.

You will collaborate with Privacy Legal and Privacy Engineering to translate global privacy requirements into practical ops across the company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of demonstrated privacy program management and scaling cross-functional programs.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience with GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, and PIPEDA; US privacy laws a plus.
• Hands-on with PIAs/DPIAs, ROPA, and data_subject request workflows.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and drive regulatory-ready processes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end privacy programs such as DSRs, PIAs/DPIAs, ROPA, TIAs, and cookie compliance.
• Identify improvements and leverage AI tooling to automate routine tasks.
• Create auditable privacy documentation, playbooks, and customer response libraries.
• Collaborate with Privacy Legal and Privacy Engineering to handle user requests.
• Serve as primary contact for incoming privacy requests and manage Jira run tickets.
