Walmart, Inc. in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a Staff Product Manager for Privacy Products to shape privacy-focused data governance within the Customer Data & Identity organization.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Walmart Connect, Data Ventures, and Walmart+ to extend our customer data platform in a compliant, scalable way. You’ll own product strategy, write clear requirements, define KPIs, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver privacy-centric data solutions across internal revenue

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management with roadmaps and initiatives.
• Experience building 0-to-1 platform products in user data management.
• Privacy-focused product building (transparency, consent, governance).
• Certifications such as CIPP/US, CIPP/E, CIPT, CIPM, ISO are a plus.
• Strong quantitative or technical background and Agile experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead data governance-focused product strategy and priorities.
• Define privacy-centric requirements with privacy engineering teams.
• Scale tools to support internal revenue teams and partners.
• Define and track KPIs to measure product success.
