You will oversee performance tracking, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement while providing guidance and development opportunities for associates, ensuring compliance with company policies and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field; 2 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management or related area OR 4 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving accountability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage complex programs and report to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee program activities by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to support business objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement program plans, prioritize critical issues, and ensure timely resolution and delivery of milestones.
• Monitor program performance through analysis of key metrics, trend data, and customer feedback, providing regular reports to senior leadership.
• Identify improvement opportunities and recommend process enhancements to increase service and product capabilities.
• Provide supervision, mentoring, and development opportunities for associates, fostering accountability and continuous learning.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards while promoting a culture of integrity and respect.
