Job summary

Walmart seeks a Staff Product Manager – Privacy Products to join the Customer Data & Identity team in Sunnyvale. You will shape privacy-focused data products and govern data platforms across Walmart US and Growth studios, collaborating with Marketing, Walmart Connect, Data Ventures, and Walmart+.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management.
• Experience building 0 to 1 platform products in user data management space.
• Privacy-focused product building experiences such as transparency, consent management, and data governance products.
• Privacy certifications are a plus (CIPP/US, CIPP/E, CIPT, CIPM, ISO).
• Quantitative or technical background preferred.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of data governance-focused product strategy.
• Define and communicate privacy-centric prioritization and timelines for platform engineering teams.
• Collaborate with privacy engineering and other CDP teams to build privacy-improving data solutions.
• Ensure tools are scaled to support privacy needs of internal revenue teams (Walmart Connect, Data Ventures, Walmart+).
• Define and track KPIs to measure product success.
• Stay updated on privacy, data protection, and compliance trends.
