Job summary

Ford is seeking an experienced Product Manager for Data Access, Privacy, and Governance within the Global Data Insight & Analytics Enterprise Data Platform. You will bridge engineering, business units, and the Office of the General Counsel to ensure secure, compliant data products at scale.

Responsibilities include end-to-end product strategy, requirements authoring, and agile delivery across mixed-skill teams, with emphasis on secure, scalable cloud-native architectures and measurable business

Qualifications

• Experience owning the product lifecycle for data sharing and governance platforms.
• Strong technical background in data platforms, IAM, and privacy governance.
• Proven ability to work with legal, privacy officers and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product strategy, requirements, and agile delivery for data access and governance.
• Collaborate with engineering, legal, privacy, and business units to ensure compliant, scalable solutions.
• Translate regulatory mandates into production-ready platform capabilities.
