Job summary

Ford Motor Company seeks a Product Manager for Data Access, Privacy, and Governance within the Global Data Insight & Analytics program. You will bridge engineering, business units, and the Office of General Counsel to ensure secure, compliant data products, with a strong technical background in IAM, privacy governance, and cloud-native design.

You will own end-to-end product strategy, requirements, and agile delivery, guiding migrations from on-prem to cloud and coordinating with privacy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or related field.
• Master's degree is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product strategy and agile delivery for data access, privacy, and governance platforms.
• Translate regulatory and business needs into engineering requirements (BRDs/PRDs).
• Lead cross-functional teams, align OKRs, and manage the product backlog.
• Drive cloud migration strategies and secure scalable data access provisioning.
