Job summary

Cape is seeking a recruiter to build and manage high-performing talent pipelines in a fast-growing privacy-focused tech environment. You will work closely with hiring teams to design targeted search strategies, assess candidates, and close roles across multiple technical openings.

Experience in tech startups and a data-driven mindset will help you excel as we scale. This role reports to the Head of Operations and offers equity alongside competitive, location-based compensation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years recruiting experience with an in-house team.
• Experience in tech startups and fast-paced environments.
• Strong relationship-building with active and passive candidates.
• Proven ability to build and manage diverse pipelines.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to move quickly and close searches.

Responsibilities

• Meet (or exceed) weekly, monthly, quarterly recruiting goals and hiring targets.
• Partner with hiring teams to understand needs and develop full-cycle hiring strategies for each role.
• Develop close relationships with managers and interview teams to align on role scope.
• Build talent pipelines for multiple technical requisitions.
• Run searches and engage passive candidates via Ashby, LinkedIn, and Google search.
• Execute sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with ROI awareness.
