Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel, Privacy Compliance to advance the company’s global privacy program. You will assess legal risk and guide stakeholders on responsible data usage while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Business teams.

You will lead privacy governance, ensure compliance with CCPA/CPRA, GDPR, and other frameworks, and drive scalable processes with cutting-edge tools to keep pace with innovation.

Qualifications

• JD and bar admission in at least one US state.
• Deep knowledge of US privacy laws (CCPA/CPRA, GLBA) and familiarity with GDPR/PIPEDA.

Responsibilities

• Act as privacy SME to cross-functional teams and provide actionable guidance.
• Manage worker privacy program, governance, workflows, and regulatory compliance.
• Own and evolve data subject rights (DSR) compliance across US and globally.
• Drive automation and tooling improvements for PIAs, risk assessments, and DSR fulfillment.
• Translate complex privacy regs into practical policies, playbooks, and training.
