Qualifications

• Understanding of HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and related laws.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage an enterprise privacy program protecting personal and business information while enabling innovation.
• Advise on privacy and AI laws, governance, data use, sharing, retention, and disclosure.
• Monitor HIPAA, GDPR, breach notification laws, and emerging AI regulations.
• Draft and negotiate technology contracts including SaaS, cloud, data processing, and vendor terms.
• Lead risk reviews of AI tools, vendors, and data flows with security teams.
• Conduct privacy impact assessments and data protection assessments for new initiatives.
