Job summary

SERVPRO of Vacaville / Dixon is hiring a Restoration Field Supervisor to lead on-site water and fire damage restoration teams and ensure properties return to pre-damage condition. You will supervise 1–4 technicians, coordinate with the office and project managers, and maintain safety, quality, and customer communication on every job.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in restoration (water, fire, mold, or related fields).
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and perform demolition.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise 1–4 restoration technicians on job sites.
• Perform water extraction, demolition, cleaning, and equipment setup.
• Monitor air movers, dehumidifiers, HEPA vacuums, and other equipment.
• Complete moisture mapping, logs, photos, and scope notes.
• Communicate clearly with customers about work.
• Coordinate job progress with office, estimators, and project managers.
• Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Train technicians on procedures, equipment, and safety.
• Maintain jobsite cleanliness and organization.
• Track equipment, materials, and supplies.
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergencies.
• Drive company vehicles and maintain driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise 1–4 restoration technicians on job sites
• Perform water extraction, demolition, cleaning, and equipment setup
• Monitor and adjust air movers, dehumidifiers, HEPA vacuums, and other restoration equipment
• Complete moisture mapping, daily logs, photo documentation, and scope notes
• Communicate clearly with customers about the work being performed
• Coordinate job progress with the office, estimators, and project managers
• Ensure all work meets company standards for safety, quality, and efficiency
• Train technicians on proper procedures, equipment use, and safety practices
• Maintain jobsite cleanliness, organization, and professionalism
• Track equipment, materials, and supplies for each project
• Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency response
• Drive company vehicles and maintain a clean driving record

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in restoration (water, fire, mold, or related fields)

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to lead a team and hold others accountable
• Comfort working evenings, weekends, and emergency calls as needed

Compensation: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
