Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a technically adept professional to provide advanced pre-sales and post-sales support for networked printing devices and related software.

You will work with the sales team to evaluate customer needs, participate in enterprise printing applications discussions, and assist with RFP responses. In this hybrid role, you will travel up to 70% to customer sites, deliver trainings, and guide installation and integration of complex Color Solutions, while contributing to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 3–5 years of related experience.
• Experience in pre-sales/post-sales support for Large Format printing.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, Quark Xpress, and color management tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% with valid driver's license.
• Minimum auto insurance coverage required.
• Certified Color Management Professional Master a plus.
• Understanding of Windows, UNIX, and Macintosh networking and systems.

Responsibilities

• Support sales presentations and customer trainings.
• Assist with enterprise printing applications evaluations and RFP responses.
• Perform on-site customer visits and IT staff meetings.
• Provide post-sales 24/7 after-hours support and implementation guidance.
• Generate professional services revenue streams through training and integration.
