Job summary

GroupeSTAHL is seeking candidates to join our production team in Mentor, Ohio. The role involves operating a Plastisol ink printing press, setting up and tearing down between jobs, and maintaining quality checks to meet shipping schedules.

You will work in a fast-paced production environment, require physical effort including lifting up to 40 lbs, and must be flexible for overtime as needed. Training and career growth are available.

Qualifications

• An understanding of, or willingness to learn Screen Print processes.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• The ability to lift up to 40 lbs., walk, bend regularly and be on your feet all shift.
• Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to work at a fast pace in a production environment
• Quality-minded
• Flexibility of schedule and the ability to work overtime daily as needed.
• A willingness to embrace change and learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate a printing press for Plastisol Ink products.
• Set-up and tear down between jobs.
• Prioritize work based on shipping schedule.
• Quality checks.
• Communicate needs to Floor Supervisor.
• Assist in other areas as needed.
