Qualifications

• Willingness to learn Screen Print processes.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, walk, bend regularly, and be on your feet all shift.
• Flexibility of schedule and willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to work at a fast pace in a production environment.
• Quality-minded.
• Flexibility of schedule and the ability to work overtime daily as needed.
• A willingness to embrace change and learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Operating a printing press for Plastisol Ink products.
• Completing set-up and teardown between jobs.
• Quality checks and communicating needs to Floor Supervisor.
• Quality checks.
• Communicating needs/suggestions/concerns to Floor Supervisor.
• Assisting in other areas when the business requires.
• Other duties as assigned.
