Job summary

GroupeSTAHL's Transfer Express division is seeking a production team member to oversee and coach employees on a shift, operate print and finishing equipment, and keep production on track using the latest manufacturing methods.

You will troubleshoot quality issues, enforce safety guidelines, and aim for continuous improvement in printing and QC processes, with flexibility to adapt to workload changes.

Qualifications

• Oversee and coach all employees on a specific shift.
• Basic knowledge of Transfer Express products and equipment in the direct to film department.
• Learn how to troubleshoot quality issues.

• Learn how to troubleshoot quality issues
• Ensure the safe use of the equipment and enforce safety guidelines

• Monitor production output and identify issues
