Job summary

GroupeSTAHL is seeking an engaged production operator to support our screen print operations. You will operate a printing press for Plastisol ink, perform setup and teardown between jobs, and align priorities with shipping schedules to meet deadlines.

The role requires good dexterity, ability to lift up to 40 lbs, and strong math/computer skills. We value quality, adaptability, and a collaborative, fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• An understanding of, or willingness to learn Screen Print processes.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• The ability to lift up to 40 lbs., walk, bend regularly and be on your feet all shift.
• Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to work at a fast pace in a production environment
• Quality-minded
• Flexibility of schedule and the ability to work overtime daily as needed.
• A willingness to embrace change and learn new skills.
