Job summary

GroupeSTAHL's Transfer Express facility in Mentor, OH is seeking a production operator to support Plastisol ink printing. You will set up and operate a printing press, perform quality checks, and help keep the line running on schedule in a fast-paced production environment.

We value teamwork, offer overtime opportunities, and expect flexible scheduling. You should be physically able to lift up to 40 lbs, stand for long periods, and demonstrate basic math and computer skills.

Qualifications

• An understanding of, or willingness to learn Screen Print processes.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• The ability to lift up to 40 lbs., walk, bend, and be on his/her feet most of the shift.
• Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to work at a fast pace in a production environment.
• Quality-minded.
• Flexibility of schedule and the ability to work overtime daily as needed.
• A willingness to embrace change and learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Operating a printing press for Plastisol Ink products.
• Set-up, teardown between jobs.
• Prioritizing and completing work based on shipping schedule.
• Quality checks.
• Communicating needs/suggestions/concerns to Floor Supervisor.
• Assisting in other areas when the business requires.
• Other duties as assigned.
