Job summary

Amcor is hiring a Printing Press Operator to safely operate printing press equipment and ensure customer specifications are met on high-quality packaging products.

You will lead press setup, run jobs per specifications, train assistants, and participate in 5S and continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining safety and quality standards on a 12-hour night shift schedule. This full-time role offers benefits from day one and overtime and weekend premiums.

Responsibilities

• Operate printing press equipment safely and efficiently.
• Set up, changeovers, startup, operation and shutdown of presses.
• Run jobs to customer specifications and manufacturing standards.
• Train Press Assistants and support their development.
• Participate in 5S, World Class Manufacturing (WCM) and cross-training initiatives.
