MCC is seeking a Press Operator Assistant to support press setup, changeovers, and cleanup in a fast-paced print production environment. The role requires attention to detail, good teamwork, and the ability to read job tickets and measurements.

Prior print shop experience helps but is not required; safety and quality standards are emphasized throughout daily tasks. Applicants should be prepared for overtime as needed and must maintain a clean, organized workspace while following MCC policies and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Print shop experience helpful, but not required.
• Ability to read and understand a job ticket.
• Ability to read a ruler and understand measurements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and support of printing presses per specs.
• Participate in changeover preparation and cleanup activities.
• Clean ink pans and ancillary equipment.
• Assist in locating dies to and from the press.
• Follow quality assurance specifications and document accordingly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspace; work overtime as needed.
