You will help set up printing equipment, prepare screens, manage materials, and assist in maintaining the overall quality of printed products.

This seasonal position offers a 4-day workweek (Mon-Thu, 3:00 PM–1:30 AM) with opportunities to gain practical experience in printing operations within a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow instructions and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable with bending, twisting, reaching, and standing for extended periods.
• Good hand-eye coordination and ability to work with fine materials and small print.
• Professional, respectful communication with team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting up printing presses and preparing materials according to job requirements.
• Prepare and adjust printing screens, mix inks, and manage ink flow.
• Load and feed paper into the press, ensuring consistent operation.
• Inspect prints during production and remove defective sheets.
• Stack and organize finished printed materials neatly for the next process.
• Communicate quality issues directly to the Press Operator.
• Keep the work area clean and organized by following 6S procedures.
• Operate machinery safely and efficiently, following all company guidelines.
• Perform other tasks as needed in support of production goals.
