FM Expressions is seeking a Printing Press Assistant to support our press operators in a fast-paced production environment. You will help set up equipment, prepare screens, manage inks, and feed materials, ensuring high-quality printed outputs.

This seasonal role emphasizes hands-on collaboration, safety, and attention to detail. Ideal candidates are physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and can maintain focus during extended shifts as part of a cohesive team.

Qualificações

• Ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable with bending, twisting, reaching and standing for extended periods.
• Good hand-eye coordination for handling fine materials and small print.
• Professional and respectful communication with team members.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with setting up printing presses and preparing materials according to job requirements.
• Prepare and adjust printing screens, mix inks, and manage ink flow.
• Load and feed paper into the press, ensuring consistent operation.
• Inspect prints during production and remove defective sheets.
• Stack and organize finished printed materials neatly for the next process.
• Communicate quality issues directly to the Press Operator.
• Keep the work area clean and organized by following 6S procedures.
• Operate machinery safely and efficiently, following all company guidelines.
• Perform other tasks as needed in support of production goals.
