Qualifications

• Experience operating commercial printing presses, bindery equipment, or high-volume print production machinery.
• Knowledge of foil stamping, embossing/debossing, and specialty paper finishing.
• Ability to read complex job orders and perform precise measurements.
• Attention to detail with minimal scrap and waste.
• Reliable attendance for shifts at the Richmond facility.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up, calibrate, and run press and finishing machinery per work orders.
• Execute foil stamping, embossing, and other finishing steps.
• Prepare substrates, leathers, and adhesives with precise alignment.
• Assemble, box, and collate as needed.
• Monitor runs for registration, dimensions, and adhesion; address defects.
