ProMach is hiring a Press Assistant for a 24/7 flexographic printing operation in the United States. The role supports the Press Operator during setup, operation, and changeovers, helping minimize waste and downtime. Starting pay is $20.00/hour with a $2,000 sign-on bonus and a day shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Follow GMP and safety requirements.
• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Read a ruler to 1/32 inch.
• Differentiate colors.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced production team.

Responsibilities

• Support the Press Operator during press setup, operation, and changeovers.
• Stage ink, plates, cores, and materials for upcoming jobs.
• Retrieve ink from inventory and assist with cutting cores as needed.
• Perform general cleaning and empty waste bins to maintain an organized work area.
• Coordinate daily responsibilities with the Operator to keep production on schedule.
• Assist with routine press maintenance and support efficient production workflows.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support press and production operations.
