Job summary

Polytainers, a leading North American packaging manufacturer, is seeking a Printing Maintenance Supervisor in Lee’s Summit, MO. The role reports to the Printing Department Manager and oversees the planning, execution and safety of Printing Maintenance Operations, including the department grounds.

You will manage the maintenance team, coordinate preventive maintenance, and monitor performance against targets while supporting continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in maintenance, engineering, management or related fields.
• Minimum three years’ leadership experience in a fast-paced Lean Manufacturing environment.
• Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good PC skills including Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Printing Maintenance Team, set shift objectives and develop team members.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance for primary and secondary equipment and manage spares.
• Maintain the Maintimizer work order system and manage safety and compliance.
• Meet performance targets for people, quality, delivery and cost; provide troubleshooting support.
• Lead daily shift maintenance meetings and communicate weekly/monthly performance.
