Job summary

Polytainers Inc. in Lee’s Summit, MO, is seeking a Printing Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance for the printing department and oversee the grounds.

Reporting to the Printing Department Manager, you will organize preventive maintenance, manage a maintenance team, and drive safety and quality improvements. You’ll coordinate with other managers, manage schedules and spares, and monitor performance against targets while supporting a continuous improvement culture and ensuring compliance with

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience required.
• Three years’ leadership experience in a fast-paced Lean Manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing maintenance operations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Good mathematical ability.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Printing Maintenance Team and supervise direct reports.
• Set shift objectives, develop training plans, and manage vacations.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance for equipment.
• Manage budget targets and performance metrics.
• Lead daily shift maintenance meetings and report performance.
• Support CI program and Kaizens.
