Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and emails with knowledgeable, friendly service.
• Take incoming printing orders and gather required information.
• Review requests to determine printing, paper, and finishing requirements.
• Prepare estimates and enter jobs into the MIS system.
• Create accurate job specifications and production orders.
• Communicate pricing, quantities, specifications, deadlines, and changes to customers.
• Coordinate with production to schedule and produce jobs.
• Build long-term relationships with customers through dependable service.
