Job summary

Smyth Companies is seeking an Estimator in Green Bay, WI to own pricing for roll-fed and sheet-fed opportunities. You’ll prepare accurate estimates, manage customer RFQs, and partner with Sales, Customer Service, and Purchasing to deliver competitive quotes.

The role demands strong math and analytical skills, experience with Excel, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This is a full-time on-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of estimating experience (printing/manufacturing preferred).
• Strong math and analytical abilities; ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute accurate price estimates for roll-fed and sheet-fed opportunities based on RFQs.
• Maintain a library of formal quote activity; organize electronic and hard-copy files.
• Collaborate with Purchasing to source materials and secure best pricing on non-standard volumes.
