This position involves working with Ricoh printers across a hospital system, including remote clinics. Responsibilities include moving desktop printers, delivering toner and consumables, and responding to service requests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Driving a personal vehicle for service calls and supplies delivery (free parking provided).
• Checking ServiceNow tickets and answering phone calls regarding service requests and deliveries.
• Moving printers and delivering supplies throughout hospital locations.
• Requires physical effort: walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and standing for extended periods.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education preferred.
• IT Help Desk support experience, including application and hardware support.
• Technical certifications preferred.

Skills and Abilities:
