About Your Role

Are you an exceptional problem solver who loves learning new technologies and serving as an expert? Do you love animals and enjoy seeing furry friends during team calls? If so, join us as a Customer Support Specialist. You will be a key member of our support team, helping private equity customers use our software effectively. Your role involves troubleshooting, becoming a product expert, and collaborating across teams to ensure excellent customer experiences. We seek candidates available Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PT or ET.

We foster a culture of continuous learning, where you can develop communication, problem-solving, and project management skills. This role is a great starting point if you're considering a future in Customer Success, Technical Consulting, Sales, or Customer Enablement.

What You’ll Do
  1. Provide technical assistance via phone, email, and chat, owning issues until resolution
  2. Gain knowledge of our software and private markets to become a go-to expert and share best practices
  3. Build strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor
  4. Collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Product Managers, and Engineers to resolve issues
  5. Share customer feedback to inform product improvements
  6. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives
  7. Develop and improve internal documentation and processes
  8. Support a positive, inclusive team culture by sharing expertise and assisting colleagues
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, MIS, or related field preferred
  2. At least 2 years of relevant professional experience
  3. Excellent communication skills
  4. Assertiveness and perseverance in resolving customer requests
  5. Empathy, teamwork, and a passion for helping others
  6. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  7. Effective time management and organization
  8. Technical aptitude and eagerness to learn new skills
  9. Willingness to work London business hours for certain roles

Compensation & Benefits

The U.S. salary range is $50,000 - $62,500; in Canada, $48,000 - $58,000 CAD. Actual salary depends on experience, skills, and location. We do not accept applications from candidates in Washington, California, or New York at this time.
