Global Channel Management in New York is seeking an entry-level account support role to assist with basic customer requirements, including copying, scanning, and printer setup. You will install printer drivers, map printers to PCs, and serve as the point of contact for equipment issues while logging jobs for billing and tracking.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of customer service experience, and familiarity with MS Office and MAC.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver basic contracted customer requirements (copying, faxing, printing, scanning) and manage routine tasks
• Install printer drivers and map printers to PCs
• Log and track customer jobs and meter reads, maintain equipment inventory
• Coordinate Move/Add/Change (MAC) of office equipment/assets and act as a point of contact for equipment removal/delivery
• Escalate printer/network issues and monitor device configurations (IP, templates, access levels)
• Maintain uptime for copier fleet and perform basic equipment diagnostics and maintenance
