Job summary

Toshiba America Business Solutions is hiring a Field Service Technician II in Fishers, Indiana. You will service and repair printers, copiers, and other office technology at customer locations, with training and installation support across your territory.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of technical repair experience, strong electro-mechanical aptitude, and a valid driver's license. A $1,000 sign-on bonus and a monthly performance-based bonus are included, with benefits and growth opportunities

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical repair/installation/training experience on copier/office equipment.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance per Toshibas policy for driving company business.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, service, and repair printers, copiers, and other office technology at customer locations.
• Provide product training and support to customers.
• Diagnose equipment issues and perform installations, upgrades, modifications, removals, and retrofits.
• Complete service calls based on priority while managing your schedule effectively.
• Maintain parts inventory, tools, and test equipment and perform preventative maintenance.
• Complete required Toshiba, dealer, and manufacturer training and rebuild components in the shop as needed.
• Accurately document service activities and follow safety policies and procedures.
