Job summary

Toshiba America Business Solutions is seeking a Field Service Technician II in Fishers, Indiana to service printers, copiers, and related office technology. You will diagnose issues, perform installations and upgrades, and train customers in product use, while maintaining records and parts inventory.

The role offers hands-on work with industry-leading devices, a $1,000 sign-on bonus, and a path to broaden expertise across a global technology organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of experience in technical repair, service, installation, training, or support of copier and office equipment.
• Intermediate computer skills and strong electro-mechanical aptitude.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance coverage per Toshiba policy for personal vehicle usage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, service, and repair printers, copiers, and other office technology at customer locations.
• Provide product training and support to customers.
• Diagnose equipment issues and perform installations, upgrades, modifications, removals, and retrofits.
• Complete service calls based on priority while managing your schedule effectively.
• Maintain parts inventory, tools, and test equipment, and perform preventative maintenance.
• Complete required Toshiba, dealer, and manufacturer training, and rebuild components in the shop as needed.
• Accurately document service activities and follow safety policies and procedures.
