Toshiba America Business Solutions is seeking a Field Service Technician II in Fishers, IN to maintain and repair office technology at customer sites. You’ll troubleshoot, install, upgrade, and support printers, copiers, and MPS environments while documenting activities.

The role offers hands-on work with industry-leading devices, ongoing learning, and opportunities to grow technical expertise while serving customers in your assigned territory.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in technical repair, service, installation, training, or support of copier and office equipment and related devices
• Intermediate computer skills and electro-mechanical aptitude
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 lbs. as required

We're excited to offer a $1,000 sign-on bonus for this position!

You’ll work with industry-leading office technology while supporting customers throughout your assigned territory. From troubleshooting and repairs to installations and upgrades, you’ll play a key role in keeping multifunction printers, copiers, and Managed Print Services (MPS) environments running at their best.

What you’ll do

• Maintain, service, and repair printers, copiers, and other office technology at customer locations
• Provide product training and support to customers
• Diagnose equipment issues and perform installations, upgrades, modifications, removals, and retrofits.
• Complete service calls based on priority while managing your schedule effectively
• Maintain parts inventory, tools, and test equipment, and perform preventative maintenance
• Complete required Toshiba, dealer, and manufacturer training, and rebuild components in the shop as needed
• Accurately document service activities and follow safety policies and procedures

What you’ll bring

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years of experience in technical repair, service, installation, training, or support of copier and office equipment, Photo ID systems/software, printers, ID Badge systems, fingerprint equipment, or comparable products
• Relevant education, certifications, or internships in related fields may be considered in lieu of the required experience
• Intermediate computer skills and strong electro-mechanical aptitude
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform frequent bending, lifting, and reaching
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance coverage per Toshiba policy for positions requiring the use of a personal vehicle for company business

Earn Well

• Hourly Range: $20.00 to $22.00, depending on experience.
• $1,000 sign on bonus.
• Monthly Performance Based Technician Bonus - up to $6,000 per year-$450 per month, plus an accelerator.
• Fleet vehicle and gas card when available; Service Mileage Reimbursement Plan
