Job summary

The Gordon Flesch Company is seeking a service technician to join a high-performance team. You will primarily service printers and Multifunctional Devices, complete training at company and manufacturer facilities, and support software installations, firmware updates, and issue resolution.

A focus on delivering excellent customer service is essential. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to lift 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient with company technology (laptops, smartphones, software).
• Ability to pass drug screenings and background checks.
• Capable of lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance as required.
• Reliable vehicle with secure storage for company property.

Responsibilities

• Complete technical training at GFC locations and manufacturer facilities.
• Service printers and Multifunctional Devices.
• Update and maintain machine firmware as needed.
• Assist in software installations and provide support.
• Dispatch and close service calls using mobile software.
• Deliver quality customer service to internal and external customers.
• Operate with safety and compliance in mind; perform other duties as assigned.
