Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in a related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of field service or repair experience preferred.
• Ability to travel within territories and work outside hours.
• Bilingual English/French is an asset where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair customer equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and testing to maximize performance.
• Diagnose issues and implement timely corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting via phone, remote, or onsite.
• Deliver customer training and equipment demonstrations to ensure proper operation.
