Qualifications

• 2–5 years of related experience preferred.
• Experience with printer, hardware, field service, or technical support.
• Experience troubleshooting printers or other hardware.
• Familiarity with toner, paper, and printer consumables.
• Ability to work independently and interact professionally with end users/customers.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve basic printer and hardware issues.
• Clear paper jams and replace toner, paper, and other consumables.
• Assist end users with printer functionality and common issues.
• Perform routine printer installations and configurations.
• Swap printers/devices with spare units as needed.
• Collect printer usage/page counts when required.
• Maintain customer service standards and meet required response times.
