Job summary

SAIC at Quantico, VA is seeking a Printer Administrator Lead to support the DCSA OneIT program. The role leads a small team of administrators and provides advanced technical support for printer systems, networks, and related software in a highly secure environment.

The ideal candidate owns a TS/SCI clearance with SCI eligibility and Security+ CE or higher, and has extensive experience in enterprise IT infrastructure and customer involvement on complex projects.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 9+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
• Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility required.
• IAT Level II Certification (Security+ CE or higher) required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of administrators.
• Provide advanced technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging complex equipment and software.
• Respond to situations where first-line product support has failed to isolate or fix problems.
• Report design, reliability and maintenance problems to design/engineering.
• May be involved in customer installation and training.
