Job summary

SAIC seeks a Printer Administrator Lead to support DCSA's OneIT program at Quantico, VA. This role requires a TS/SCI clearance and Security+ CE certification.

The successful candidate will lead a small team of administrators and provide advanced technical support for complex equipment and software. The position offers on-site work, with up to 10% travel, and involvement in customer installations and mission-critical IT infrastructure.

Qualifications

• BA/BS and nine (9) or more years of relevant experience, or relevant years of experience in lieu of degree.
• TOP SECRET Clearance with SCI eligibility
• IAT Level II Certification, Security+ CE equivalent or higher.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of administrators.
• Provide advanced technical support to field engineers and product support personnel diagnosing complex equipment and systems.
• Respond to situations where first-line support cannot isolate or fix problems.
• Report design, reliability and maintenance issues to engineering teams.
• May be involved in customer installation and training.
• Interact with customers on highly technical systems; provide guidance to subordinates.
