Job summary

SAIC at Quantico, VA is seeking a Printer Administrator Lead to support the DCSA OneIT program. The role leads a small team of administrators and provides advanced technical support for printer systems, networks, and related software in a highly secure environment.

The ideal candidate owns a TS/SCI clearance with SCI eligibility and Security+ CE or higher, and has extensive experience in enterprise IT infrastructure and customer involvement on complex projects.

Qualifications

SAIC is seeking a Printer / System Administrator to support DCSA's OneIT program out of Quantico, VA.

(All candidates must possess a TS/SCI clearance and a Sec+ Certification.)

The Air Force, Space and Intelligence Business Group of SAIC is seeking a Printer Administrator Lead to support a transformational infrastructure program for DCSA.

SAIC is proud to be supporting DCSA in safeguarding our nation's information. DCSA is the designated oversight authority on the accreditation of classified facilities, information systems, and the insider threat program. This involves security oversight of more than 10,000 companies and approximately 13,000 facilities involved in classified work throughout the DoD and 31 Federal agencies.

Specifically, on the DCSA One IT program, SAIC will provide an enterprise IT solution that delivers highly secured and adaptable IT infrastructure, provides customer support, an cutting-edge technologies that support operations and advance the DCSA mission under a single IT environment (i.e., One IT).

Job Description

• Lead a small team of administrators.
• Provides advanced technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging complex electro/mechanical equipment, printer systems, complex software, or networked and/or wireless systems.
• Responds to situations where first-line product support has failed to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software.
• Reports design, reliability and maintenance problems or bugs to design engineering/software engineering.
• May be involved in customer installation and training.
• Provides advanced support to customer/users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature.
• Interacts directly with the customer/user when the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature, such as with systems level software where the user has a technical background. Additionally, may interact with product support personnel and potentially the customer when the customers problem cannot be resolved directly by first-level resources.
• Applies extensive technical expertise and has full knowledge of other related disciplines.
• Receives assignments in the form of objectives and establishes goals to meet objectives.
• Provides detailed guidance to subordinates to achieve goals in accordance with established policies.
• Work is reviewed and measured based on meeting objectives and schedules.
• Establishes and recommends changes to policies, which affect subordinate organization(s).
• Develops advanced technical solutions to complex problems, which require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity.

Qualifications

It is required that the Printer Administrator Lead have the following qualifications.

• BA/BS and Nine (9) or more years of relevant experience, or relevant years of experience in lieu of degree
• TOP SECRET Clearance with SCI eligibility
• IAT Level II Certification, i.e., Security+ CE equivalent or higher.

Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
