Qualifications

• Associates Degree in a related discipline with 6+ years of experience.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• IAT-II Certification in one of the listed areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT service delivery and customer support for DCSA One IT.
• Research and apply IT service best practices and emerging technologies.
• Offer on-site and remote technical support to end users.
• Coordinate, resolve, and close service requests beyond first call resolution.
• Maintain and update the IT Service Catalog and knowledge base.
• Track customer satisfaction metrics and generate reports.
• Support change management for smoother IT migrations.
• Ensure devices are patched and secured per standards.
