Job summary

DCCA is seeking a Software Administrator III to join our Maryland team. The candidate will support IT systems, handle day-to-day operations, and resolve issues across client/server/storage/network environments.

Strong UNIX and Windows experience and Cisco networking skills are required, with priority on security clearances and veteran-owned culture. Ideal candidates bring extensive SA background, a technical degree, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment on enterprise IT projects

Qualifications

• Fifteen years of Systems Administrator experience in programs of similar scope.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline required; more SA experience may substitute for a degree.
• Experience providing Tier I/II support and configuring IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.
• Handle day-to-day operations and monitoring of client/server devices and networks.
• Deliver Tier I and Tier 2 problem identification, diagnosis and resolution.
• Configure UNIX and Windows systems and manage network components.
• Assist in design of systems and mission architecture within SOA context.
