Job summary

PowerToFly in Eagan, Minnesota seeks a #3 Subscription Services Operator for our printing plant team. You will perform set-up tasks, monitor equipment and ensure product quality while collaborating with operators and maintenance staff on the Core Print Solutions team.

Responsibilities include reviewing job specs, performing set-up, recording activities in Tier Boards and SAP, and contributing to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; vocational/technical degree preferred.
• Good mechanical and technical skills with troubleshooting ability.
• Experience reading specifications and measurements.
• Familiarity with lean concepts and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Review job specifications for material and setup requirements.
• Perform setup tasks and monitor equipment for quality.
• Troubleshoot product and equipment issues as needed.
• Document activities in Tier Boards and SAP systems.
• Support safety programs and participate in continuous improvement.
