We're now looking for a skilled and customer-focused Print Service Technician to join the team of a reputable Business Technology Company, and ensure our clients’ printing environments run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting up and installing new printers, copiers, scanners, and copier management software at commercial client businesses throughout the Southeast Texas area.
• Provide routine service and maintenance on printer equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair print equipment and provide excellent customer service and support.
• Manage schedules and customer emergencies.
• Good verbal communication and analytical thinking skills along with problem solving skills are essential.
• Previous experience is a plus.

Requirements

• Employees must have reliable transportation.
• Be a Texas or Louisiana resident.
• Submit 3 Professional References upon completion of phone interview.
• Complete Criteria Corp Assessments immediately following phone interview.
• Submit a "Clear" drug screen and background check.
• Submit a valid Driver's License and Social Security Card.

(48 cents per mile to be reimbursed for travel and $50 a month cell phone allowance. 401K after 1 yr and health insurance contribution)
