Job summary

Flex Technology Group is seeking a skilled Copier/Printer Service Technician to maintain and repair office equipment across a designated Texas territory, including Houston, Conroe, and The Woodlands. The role emphasizes technical expertise, time management, and delivering outstanding customer service.

You will diagnose hardware, software, and basic network issues, perform preventive maintenance, manage parts inventory, and support sales opportunities while ensuring a professional customer

Qualifications

• Experience in repairing and maintaining printers and copiers.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and transport equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Proven experience repairing office equipment (copiers/printers).
• Basic networking knowledge (print drivers, connectivity troubleshooting).
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair copiers and printers with minimal supervision.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and basic network-related issues.
• Install and configure equipment, including scanning in peer-to-peer environments.
• Perform preventative maintenance to maximize device uptime.
• Manage parts inventory and supplies according to company standards.
• Maintain an organized service vehicle, tools, and schedule.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Support sales teams by identifying potential upgrade or replacement opportunities.
• Ensure a professional appearance and excellent customer experience at all times.
