Responsibilities

• Provide first line of leadership to client service staff.
• Work as a liaison between work group and production control to provide proactive status updates.
• Establish checkpoints on work-in-progress to guarantee accuracy of work performed and communicate to plant personnel, sales, and customers.
• Ensure operations management is provided the correct information at the right time for efficient project completion.
• Develop working relationships with customers through regular contact to ensure contract compliance.
• Analyze, plan and manage projected job requirements and materials to optimize manufacturing time and resources.
• Coordinate projects across vertical print markets for accuracy and proper documentation.
• Develop relationships with production to understand sales programs and production issues.
• Maintain account documentation and data; complete normal business reports.
