Qualifications

• 1 year of project management experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Print experience preferred.
• Basic working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Experience with project management software.

Responsabilités

• Maintaining and monitoring production orders, schedules, and deliverables.
• Liaison between client, sales, and production to ensure all required project details are communicated and documented to ensure success.
• Identify, resolve, and communicate order, product and delivery issues in a timely and accurate manner.
• Escalate issues in a timely and professional manner to keep projects on track.
• Monitor project health and submit timely project status reports as required.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to deliver impeccable customer service.
• Ensure client quality and delivery expectations are met.
• Provide sales and client support as needed for the Vice President of Strategic & National Accounts in Dallas.

Job Summary

ThePrint Project Manager is responsible for managing assigned client projects through the production process accurately and on deadline. This position is client-facing and works closely with both the sales and production teams. A successful print project manager enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, deadline-oriented and demonstrates strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
