Job summary

Phase 3 Marketing and Communications is seeking a Print Project Manager to oversee client projects from inception to delivery. This client-facing role partners with sales and production to ensure on-time, on-spec results in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, with a background in project management and print experience preferred. The role supports the VP of Strategic & National Accounts in Dallas and requires a proactive, problem-solving

Qualifications

1 year of project management experience.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Print experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain and monitor production orders, schedules, and deliverables.
Liaise between client, sales, and production to ensure project details are communicated and documented.
Identify, resolve, and communicate order, product and delivery issues promptly.
Escalate issues timely to keep projects on track.
Monitor project health and submit status reports as required.
Build and maintain client relationships to deliver excellent service.
Ensure client quality and delivery expectations are met.
Provide sales and client support for the VP of Strategic & National Accounts in Dallas.
