Job summary

Sheridan New Hampshire is hiring 4 team members to learn and operate high-speed bindery equipment in a fast-paced, on-site production environment. No bindery experience is required—we’ll train you to run cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders.

You will work Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, in a supportive team that values quality, safety, and reliability. Comprehensive benefits follow after 30 days, with overtime opportunities and room to grow as you gain skills.

Qualifications

• Operate bindery equipment: cutters, folders, stitchers, and binders.
• Read job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes).
• Be mechanically inclined and able to use basic tools.
• Be reliable and work well with a team.
• No bindery experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders)
• Keep machines running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving
• Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized workspace
