Job summary

Sheridan New Hampshire is hiring a Manufacturing Technician and will train you to operate high-speed bindery equipment. The role is full-time, with Monday–Friday evening shifts and overtime opportunities, offering a hands-on path to grow within the print manufacturing industry.

No bindery experience is required; you’ll learn on the job and join a team focused on quality and efficiency. Benefits begin after 30 days, with PPE supplied and room to advance.

Qualifications

• Experience with operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.).
• mechanically inclined and able to use basic tools.
• Ability to read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes).
• Prides self on quality workmanship and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, perfect binders).
• Keep machines running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized workspace.
