Sheridan New Hampshire is hiring for a Manufacturing Technician and will train you to operate high-speed bindery equipment. These full-time roles on the 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM shift offer hands-on learning, teamwork, and the chance to build a long-term career in print manufacturing.

Qualifications

• No bindery experience? we’ll train you.
• Experience operating machinery in any industry is a plus.
• Comfort reading basic job instructions and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, binders).
• Keep machines running smoothly with adjustments and quality checks.
• Hit daily production goals as part of a team.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues to keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and keep a clean workspace.
